Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with SHADDY. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist with an exchange or refund under the terms outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

- Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days after the product is received.
- Please bring your warranty card inside of the shoe box you received.
- Requests can be made via WhatsApp at +62 821-1454-6695 or email at cs@shaddyindonesia.com
- Items must be returned in unused and pristine condition—not worn, washed, altered, or damaged, and free from odors.
- Products must include the original receipt, tags, box, and labels.
- A clear video showing the outsole, upper, and insole must be sent to verify the product condition.

2. Return Process

- Please contact our customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before proceeding with any return.
- For offline (in-store) purchases, returns or exchanges must be made at the same store where the purchase was originally made.
- For online purchases, returns or exchanges can be made by:

1. Visiting our Lotte Shopping Avenue flagship store, or

2. Sending the item to the following address:

South Jakarta, Jakarta 12930

- Items must be securely packed in their original packaging and include the required return documentation.
- Exchange shipping costs are shared by both parties (customer and SHADDY).

3. Refunds

- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days after the product is received.

- Items must be returned in unused and pristine condition—not worn, washed, altered, or damaged, and free from odors.

- Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days.

4. Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

- Used items or items not in original condition
- Items without original packaging

- Items without original warranty card
- Items that are purchased under heavily discounted categories, including and not limited to Archive Sale, Last Pair, and Clearance Sale items
